Classic Model TrainAssociates accepts no returns for these vintage items. All items are described cosmetically as I view them and are sold untested. I use the TCA Train Collectors Association guidelines for grading in my descriptions. I sell to sophisticated model train hobbyists who generally know how to make their own repairs. If you don’t feel competent to make repairs on the the type of train you purchase I suggest that you don’t buy them. I supply photos upon request but even photos may not show all deficiencies. The item may not run or function as designed. There may be hidden damage such as rust, missing parts, scratches, nicks or even cracks in an item that may not be revealed by photos. Many items have been in storage and may need a good cleaning and lubrication.
