5- PONY CARBURETORS

Pony Carburetors

2001 DELPHI RD. NEW WOODSTOCK, NY 13122 PHONE (315) 662-3003 FAX (315) 662-3074

Would you like your carburetor to look like it did when it left the showroom? Have you taken it to a shop to be rebuilt or perhaps attempted it yourself only to be disappointed at the result? Do you long for a show quality finish that will have the judges eating out of your hands and slapping you on the back? Meet John Enyart from Pony Carburetors. John's firm can do all that and more. I've seen his work at shows and one of my close buddies had his 1966 Mustang fastback's 289 carburetor redone. The car just never ran a 100% until John rebuilt and refinished it to show quality. If your club is within driving distance of John's place [New York State] he will visit a meeting and give a lecture and demonstration. Give a visit to John's site above and you won't be disappointed. You can ship you precious original Mustang carburetor to him and trust that it is in good hands.

7 - RARE GTS LATE MODEL MUSTANG

Do you own a 1995½ GTS Mustang? According to the July issue of Mustang Times, the publication of the Mustang Club of America, you own a rare car. Only 6000 units of this model were produced. If you have one send me a photo of your car and I'll post it here and in the member area. To be fair I'll only post the first one I receive here.

The idea was to produce a lower dollar GT by deleting some options, rather than putting out an entirely new model such as a LX. Some items deleted according to the "Times" article were fog lights, rear decklid spoiler, leather wrapped steering wheel, GT seats, power door locks, and vanity mirrors. Lower cost standard items were substituted instead.
