The Great American Pony Drive II came to the North Jersey area on Memorial Day weekend. For those of you who may not have been aware, there was a group of Mustangers who traversed the United States with their Mustangs to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Ford Mustang. The groups size increased or decreased depending on their location, but on this day it was around twenty. The group participated in a cruise night at a famous cruise night location named the Whiskey Cafe, a Memorial Day parade and a Ford sponsored event at the old 1964 World's Fair grounds Unisphere where the original Mustangs were displayed and debuted 40 years ago. Fully registered participants were given special plates as you can see. Please view the cruise night photos in the slide show below.
